Nope and I used to travel all over the world. Egypt included. Don’t expect anyone in a non english speaking country to read or speak english. Those who do are a pleasant surprise. I had more trouble with jelly beans in the middle east than anything else. They thought they might be drugs. lol Rob

I have never been treated with anything but respect, but I’ve never been to Egypt. I carry a card explaining my ileostomy in eight languages, which can be found at http://pouchclip.billnot.com/certificate.html This is signed by my doctor and has always been accepted.
